Training & Qualifications
I am a certified bra fitter and 25 year veteran in the health & fitness field, having had ACE personal training & group fitness certification, The Nia Technique, Spinning and Pilates mat training. I was the Group Fitness Director for the Honolulu Club from 1998-2004 and currently coach high school tennis for Fredericksburg Academy.
