I will guide you in a personalized yoga practice. First discussing what it is that you want out of the practice, then establishing breath connection, and moving through asanas. This can be done via skype, but would be much preferred in person.

I am RYT-200 (soon to be 400) certified and teach in various settings around the Twin Cities
