I preform 90 min (or 2hr) Thai yoga floor massages, with an emphasis on pain relief and Myofascial release. The sessions are preformed on persons comfortably clothed , on a mat, using rhythmic compressions and yoga like stretches. These sessions are ideal for athletes and those with chronic pain and injury looking for a deeper, more therapeutic session. I am enthusiastic about the benefits of outstanding bodywork and look forward to every client! With each session I preform my experience of 2years only grows and I love it!
