I teach a therapeutic style of yoga, which meets the practitioner where they're at, and brings them towards balance. Movement, breathing, and meditation techniques will be chosen according to your personal tendencies, and your needs in the moment. Sessions may include a range of passive restorative postures, active strengthening, flow, and/or hands-on adjustments to encourage release and healthy re-patterning. I have a home studio in Kensington, and am a freelance professional dancer, aerialist, pole artist, and insured instructor with over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified teacher trainings and a BA in Dance from U of C.

Availability & Preferences
I am booked Tuesdays 11am-2pm and 5pm-10pm, and Wednesdays 11am-2pm, but otherwise my schedule varies with gigs/private students and is fairly flexible. Get in touch to see what works for you :)
