30 Minute Flexibility Training

Let's talk about your history of flexibility in the body locations of your choosing (back, legs, etc) and I can give you guidance on how to improve your flexibility with daily practice. I can do this via Skype. Please know your limits and don't do things that will result in injury or re-irritate a former injury.
