Geared towards those in need of personal coaching, I offer one-on-one meetups and advice on how to narrow down your skills, passions, and desires in a way that empowers you to live in your highest expression. The primary goal is the empowerment of your success being defined by you . . . and not contrariwise.
Empowered by the power of Agile Management, I apply this powerful, effective approach to identifying and solving life problems and challenges. How does this apply to you? That depends . . . what are your goals?
Approximately 30 minute in person or phone session includes:
- Introductions
- Assessments of you / your goals
- Don't have any goals? Based on your assessment we can work on identifying goals that play to your strengths
- Call concludes with an overview of what we discussed, identified goals, and practical steps to achieve them

For over 15 years I’ve worked closely with businesses & individuals on projects ranging from website design and development, marketing and brand identity, permaculture design, improvement of nutrition and wellbeing and so much more.
