Have a Runpiphany! (Yoga & Run)
Get primed to have a Runpiphany! What's that? It's the burst of inspiration, or spontaneous decision that comes when the mind is clear and the body is moving.
I'll start be leading a 45 minute Vinyasa yoga class to relax the mind and warm up the muscles. Then, I will be your running buddy for a 40 minute run at your pace to get the body moving and focused. The whole session should be able 90 minutes.
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.
Availability & Preferences
Monday through Friday, 9am through 6pm.
