I'll cook anything, and with pride! I'm better with vegan/vegetarian, though. I'm also more than happy to teach or explore recipes with you!
Training & Qualifications
I work in a scratch kitchen which has taught me a great deal of simple and affordable recipes for the intermediate cook. Foods range from traditional Italian, Central American, US South, New England, and a preliminary understanding of Eastern Asian dishes.
Availability & Preferences
I am always free Monday and Tuesday, but no later than 730 on those nights.
