I will give you a fitness assessment to figure out where you’re at, run you through a workout based on your individual goals and needs. Also includes nutritional coaching. Then I will design a customized workout program for your specific goals and needs. Weekly Check-ins with me will be required to track your progress with to re-program workouts and nutrition as necessary.

Kevin has been a Personal Trainer since 2010. His diverse artistic and athletic background has influenced and shaped the way he trains clients. Kevin has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness.
