As an organizational development practitioner, I've built a practice of leveraging the shared power of stakeholder groups toward realizing a collective vision. Together we can build customized, collaborative spaces and structures which bring and sustain life and heart in your organization. You will find me hosting spaces rich in visual and kinetic mini-adventures for creative visionaries, as well as providing practical tools for developing leadership teams. I come to any group prepared co-construct a plan forward, and ready to embrace the ways in which those plans must be reshaped to fit your current reality.
As a facilitator, a colleague once wrote, “Kerb has the amazing ability to synthesize large chunks of social, relational, and factual information down to the most salient points.” This is true, and it happens because I believe in seeking out the wisdom of the group. Your team is whole and resourceful. There’s nothing to fix. Every group knows what it needs and how to get there, it’s just a matter of letting that collective genius out.
As a coach, I value the courage it takes to name the underlying issue or budding and bright idea when it's just started to reveal itself. Taking thoughtful, timely action on those discoveries can be hard, and it's so worth it! Together we will stimulate movement, push for growth, and test your resilience -- these are the things that keep us and our creations alive and evolving.
