My approach has been deeply influenced by the teachings of Ori Brafman's "Chaos Imperative" which advocates assembling diverse groups and allowing for "whitespace" to develop creative solutions, Dr. Robert Cialdini concentration on ethical persuasion, David Logan's approach to organizational health around “tribe” dynamics and finally Chris Anderson's "Crowd Accelerated Innovation" which embraces the speed of innovation through technology and social crowdsourcing initiatives.

Many leaders look to influence rigid customer engagement strategies via a "checks and balances" leadership approach. I prefer to explore alternative approaches that create an ecosystem of inclusion, knowledge, and spontaneity; which I believe influences employees to experience and share serendipitous solutions to everyday opportunities. I always look to encourage inclusion and support in team environments regardless of current performance.
