I am a pastry chef with a degree and servsafe certified. I have been doing cakes for 10 years and work as a pastry chef at a local country club. I can do simple dessert catering all the way up to a beautiful wedding cake. I can also do fruit and cheese platters and numerous other things.

I have a degree in baking and pastry and servsafe certified.
