A Personalized Stretching Routine

Through a 30-minute Skype session I will collect information from you about your body and it's needs as well as your flexibility goals. I will then create a personalized 15-minute stretching routine for you. We will move through it together to make sure you know how to do the poses and so you can get alignment tips. I will also email you your routine so that you can remember it easily. I can offer longer routines as well, just write me and we can work out an appropriate exchange. This option is for those looking for a quick routine they can do regularly.
Training & Qualifications
200-hr yoga certified
Have 10+ years experience teaching yoga
Draw from a number of practices including circus and dance
