Sessions are $75/60-Minutes.
Client will be able to choose between a Swedish, Deep Tissue or Shiatsu session.
Swedish sessions are full-body relaxation massages. This modality is used to enhance relaxation and stimulate the blood and lymph symptoms.
Deep Tissues sessions focus on one or two specific areas and are great for recovery from injury or chronic pain. This modality is more intense and can cause soreness and bruising following the session.
Shiatsu is an energetic bodywork session, Rooted in the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu involves stimulating specific points on the body to influence balance between meridians and vital fluids (Yin, Yang, Qi, Blood, ETC.) Many people refer to Shiatsu as Acupressure Massage.
Every session is customized for the client's specific needs, so there is an extensive intake on the first visit.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Saint Paul, MN.
I attended school at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School & Clinic in St. Louis Park, MN where I studied Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Shiatsu Therapy.
