Whether you're a new home buyer or a long time owner, I will provide the ins and outs of home insurance. Which coverages you may want to make sure are provided, common gaps in coverage you may not be aware of, and should ask for when getting quotes.
I can review the most common reasons for your policy being cancelled without your permission.
I can review what your mortgage will most likely require of you when getting a new home or refinancing. Or what steps they usually take if they see you don't have insurance.
Of course this will all be guided on what you want to know about home insurance, or if you have other questions.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked in the insurance field for about two and a half years. I currently hold a resident license for NY, and have had a non resident license in every other state except HI at one time or another.
Note: TX , FL, and HI tend to have slightly different insurance guidelines than the rest of the states so my knowledge in common statewide practices is not as extensive as in the other states.
