For nearly 20 years, Kathy has been working at the epicenter of digitalization helping transform businesses to maximize the benefits of technology. An entrepreneur, business architect, systems integrator and tireless advocate for operational excellence, she brings together a successful track record of diverse experiences as a customer, consultant, project manager, program manager, market manager and product developer to deliver on technology's promise of value.
As a Program Director at Siemens, Kathy currently has operational responsibility for the Siemens strategic alliance with a Big Ten university. Since 2007, Kathy has managed collaboration activity and stakeholder relationships in Healthcare and Higher Education where Siemens' engagements span multiple divisions: Healthcare, Power Generation, Energy Management, Industry Automation, Building Technologies, Digital Factory, Research and Talent Acquisition.
Prior to joining Siemens, Kathy worked in the operational management of hospitals, where she led numerous technology and transformational projects to automate clinical scheduling and supply chain functions. She also founded and operated a healthcare services startup company serving the insurance industry.
Kathy earned her MBA at the University of Baltimore, Maryland, with electives in international business. She also holds credentials in Project and Program Management.
