I can teach you the basics of successful pie baking, from a no-fail pie crust to the perfect luscious seasonal fillings. Let my professional experience in baking fundamentals and culinary education teach you not just the skills, but an understanding of how to create beautiful and easy pies, gallettes, tarts, crisps and cobblers. Lesson structure will be fit to the needs of the student.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional chef with a AAAS in Culinary Arts through Wine Country Culinary Institue in Walla Walla. My area of expertise is in baking & pastry and culinary education.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends during the school year and weekdays as well from July 20th-August 19th.
