Long distance running trainer
I can help you if you would like to pick up long distance running, or any type of fitness/running activity. I have done crossfit in the past, and ran the Seattle Rock and Roll Marathon finishing at a 4:20 time. I have been running long distance for about 3 years now and run about 6.5 miles a day I am open to teaching others how to control breathing during runs, and introduction to weight lifting, as well as yoga as I am a new member of the hot yoga community. I am also a hiker as well so I am able to take you on hiking trails in the PNW that are appropriate for the season :)
Training & Qualifications
I am a long distance runner of 3 years, a weight lifter of 5 years, a hiker of 2 years, and a yogi of less than 1 year.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends, early mornings, or evenings. I can not do afternoons because I have a full time job currently
