Whether you are a start up with a two man team or an established corporation I specialize in helping people understand one another in the workplace. You do not have to be a manager to need some guidance. I can help you deal with your coworker just as easily as I can help management help a group cooperate. The best strategy is to hire the right person. Often you already have that person, they are just in the wrong position in your team.

I have over 15 years of work experience in and around HR. From the bottom to the top; in each part of the industry. I have taken courses through each position to advance my knowledge. I also have had a LOVE of learning all about people since I was small; my degrees and hobbies reflect this and can help you more than an online questionnaire about personalities.
