Katherine is a dedicated HR professional who strongly believes in helping others be and do their best, and assisting them toward satisfying careers. She sees this as a win-win for organizations and their employees.

Her recent graduation from the Bachelor of Human Resources and Industrial Relations program from Athabasca University in March, 2016, combined with her business experience provide her with a unique perspective.

During her work for Cardinal Telecom Inc., she progressed through increasingly challenging roles, starting with co-owner/bookkeeper, and proceeding to office manager, HR manager, sole owner/manager, and consultant.

While completing her HR degree, she worked at Magdalene House Society, a rehabilitation home for sexually exploited women, as their HR/Executive Administrator. She enjoyed the wonderful diversity of challenges and opportunities this position provided.

She has recently moved to Campbell River, BC, and is eagerly anticipating her next opportunity to put her skills, education, and talents to work in a Human Resources capacity.
