I am a German native speaker, translator, editor, writer, former nurse and social worker. An Oregon resident for almost 5 years, I spent most of my life in and around Berlin, Germany. I moved here with my husband, whose family partly lives in the Northwest. Ever since, we have become grandparents, step-grandparents, resp., of a now two-year old.
I have been enthusiastic about languages since my childhood, when I started writing short stories and studying foreign languages. In my twenties I discovered astrology as another language concept, interpreting the movement of the cosmos into symbols and archetypes with an underlying meaning for who we are and how we live our lives.
