Talk to you for 30 minutes to an hour about your symptoms, diagnoses, diet, sleep habits, exercise habits, and medication history, and then help you figure out what vitamins and supplements to try to help you feel better.
I am especially knowledgeable about fatigue, anxiety, depression, lethargy, and other vague symptom groups. I'll give it my best shot with more specific symptoms but those are less trial and error and more know it or don't.

Entirely self-taught. Have depression, anxiety, and spent years trying to self-treat my exhaustion before discovering I have Narcolepsy. Benefit from my obsessive knowledge!
