C-suite Prep/Project Discussions
I will spend up to two hours sharing feedback with you regarding a process or project you want to pursue. This could include discussions of a particular type of charitable organization, business, or existing project; this can also include discussions on how to fund your project or idea through grant writing or crowd funding sites.
My experience and background includes a Master's of Science in Leadership of Healthcare Systems, extensive disaster response and recovery experience, and experience in presenting to, and as a member of, the "C-suite" level. I can help you prepare for dialog with the executive perspective, and can help you to refine your ideas to best phrase and express them to potential investors. Medical market experience, including editing, advertising, and social media/risk management perspectives are just some portions of my professional background. I like to consider myself as the ideal consultant for your playground of ideas! Let's chat, maybe we just visit, maybe we trade services, but either way we still have the opportunity to learn from each other.

About Kat Kreis
Professionally, I enjoy working with clinical project planning, creation, and implementation. My skills are best suited for a clinical focused team in a role that is also requiring a strong proficienc...y with current technology. My favorite team was working with Concentra, supporting the medical leadership with the technological updates to meeting systems (SharePoint), knowledge management and document containment systems (Alfresco) and developing a consistent process for the development and peer review of a for clinical content. Personally, I enjoy volunteering and assisting in the creation of the TRACE Program (www.traceprogram.org) a replicable program for small community volunteer response following disaster. This program was inspired by our experiences in supporting tornado survivors and rebuilding the communities affected by the devastation of the December 26, 2015 storms in North Texas. During that storm it was discovered that the damage incurred did not meet federal aid benchmarks, and was limited in scope/availability. The traditional relief and response organizations were insufficient for the needs of the community, and the need arose for a community volunteer program that could be used by other rural or small populations to support residents of that area.show moreOpen to other proposals
