RN Medication set up/ health check

NYS licensed RN will set up a week or more of medication for you or a loved one, and perform a mini health assessment, including blood pressure and pulse. Need to see a doctor? I will call and make the appointment. Flexible schedule. Anywhere within 30 minutes of Syracuse.
Medication compliance is tricky, for so many reasons. Missing doses of prescribed meds can make you sick. Having to take multiple pills at different times of day can be confusing. A weekly check in with a friendly medical professional can help with that.
I will review your med list, and set up a daily reminder pill box. I will also help set app reminders, if you are a digitally inclined person.
I will also do a head-to-toe Nursing assessment, if needed. I will listen to your heart, lungs, and belly, check your blood pressure, and check out any wounds you may have. I will write a brief report about what I find, so you can share it with your doctor. Preventative healthcare is the best kind!
