What's for dinner? I will make you a fresh, healthy family-style meal, crockpot meal kit, or freezer meal. Food allergies, special diet needs (Vegan?
Diabetic? Nut Free?), and preferences accommodated. Tell me what you like and Don't like, and I will prep and deliver your meal (cost of food not included!! I will only charge what I paid at Weg's or Aldi).
Training & Qualifications
Lifelong cook and recipe hunter, mother of three picky kids. I have prepared food for a variety of special medical diets, vegan/vegetarian, Paleo, GF/CF, low carb, low FODMAP, Organic, Local/Seasonal, lactofermented, nut free, corn free, etc. I have lots of cookbooks!
