Basic Nutrition Consultation
I will review your current diet, and suggest changes based on your goals (weight loss, maintenance, muscle gain, etc). I deal primarily with vegan and vegetarian diets, as animal products in general are not healthy promoting. Food logs for at least one week are required for this assessment.
