A guide on proper and exciting meditation. Available weekday afternoons and evenings and weekends. I have been meditating for about 2 years and have read several guides on how to make meditation exciting, enough so that you won't give it up after a few times. Particular skill with meditation for anxiety, depression, self-worth, sleep, stress relief, turning fear into love, postive healing, meditation for change, and many more!

Training & Qualifications


I began meditation when I was going through a tough time in my life about 2 years ago and have since experienced a lot of growth and healing. I invite you into this world with me where you can find peace of mind. I have read multiple guides on meditations, have lead meditations for groups and individuals, and have watched multiple guides to better my meditations and teachings.

Availability & Preferences


Usually free weekday afternoons and evenings as well as Sunday mornings and afternoons. I am open to appointments :)
