Training & Qualifications
I am a serious foodie who has been catering fundraising events for a horse rescue and an annual holiday party for many years. Auditioned for MasterChef and made it a couple of rounds (didn't make show yet)... and can work around almost any dietary issue necessitating modification of recipes.

Meals need to be ordered in advance of the date needed to provide me with time to craft the meal appropriately
