I will sit with you in a video chat or text chat and answer any questions you may have about your computer or your home network (no business Network questions please, there are lots of variables there).
If I don't have an answer to your question during our session, I'll research for you and provide you an answer in two business days via email.
Depending on your questions, I may need you to give me non-sensetive information about your environment (how much RAM do you have, what's the model of your router) and so on. I'll explain how to find this information.
