I offer flat rate deep cleaning service for a single clean. And offer weekly and bi weekly rates after initial clean. Flat rate cleaning starts at $200.
I do closet clean out with complimentary organizing starting at $200. For basic closet organizing and other areas I charge $30/hour.
Household chores and laundry and various house manager tasks are $30/hour
