Dog Training

30 minutes of basic dog training. (Sit, lay, shake etc.) Commands learned will depend on what is already known and how fast they pick up new concepts. Each dog is unique and they will learn at their own pace. I will be using special treats for each training session and will issue rewards for positive behaviours. (Please let me know if your dog has been diagnosed with any food allergies.)
Only one dog per session. Must be up to date on all vaccinations and friendly. I'd prefer to train dogs 6 months old and up, however I'm willing to work with puppies as well. They usually just have a harder time staying focused at that age.
Willing to meet in Missouri towns of Knob Noster, Sedalia, Warrensburg, or Windsor.

Training & Qualifications
I am a volunteer with a local animal rescue. In addition to my own dog, I've trained several fosters and prepared them for adoption. I've been very successful using positive reinforcement and encouragement. My motivators are treats and praise. The trick is proper timing. Most dogs catch on very quickly!
