1 HR of strength/fitness training with a nutrition consult including a 7 day meal plan.
Book an appointment and come in for a sweat session. We will work towards your individual fitness goals. Whether it is to gain strength, lose fat, build muscle, endurance flexibility etc..

Training & Qualifications


I am a diploma certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am a gym owner and specialize in strength training for fat loss and muscle gain.
