I will lead you through a personal yoga class. I focus on blending the breath and movement into one to create a nice heat in the body. I am happy to work specific postures, flexibility, alignment, or whatever would best serve your practice. I would prefer to work in person, but would be happy to discuss the possibility of working together virtually.

There are many styles of Yoga that we can work on together:

Vinyasa - mindfully linking breath and poses, faster pace
VinYin - half a Vinyasa flow class, followed by Vin and Restorative postures
Hatha - careful attention to the details of each poses, slower paced, great for beginners
Post Natal Yoga/Mommy and Me - wonderful way to connect with your little one while finding some gentle movement, all ages of infants/toddlers are welcome
Restorative - think of a guided nap, we'll find relaxing poses while listening to soothing music and a small guided meditation

Pilates Mat Certified
Full Apparatus Pilates Certified
