I will teach you the experience that is yoga, good health (mental and physical), the language of yoga and what it means to be a yogi! It's always amazing to reflect and refresh your mind and I believe yoga is an absolutely amazing way to do that! I want to impress upon you the importance of "me time", harmony within yourself and those around you and living healthy. I can teach you yoga for weight loss, strengthening, toning, daily exercise, stretching, and pain relief.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a yogi for almost 15 years. I have taught at different times at the YMCA and independently over the past 4 years!
Availability & Preferences
Weeknights are generally best for me, BUT I am flexible!
