I can send you a Google Calendar notification invite to attend an over-the-phone or Google Meets yoga session. We both play the same yoga or other workout video at the same time and stay on the phone until the end, when we mention how hard it was but how glad we are to have stuck through it.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a reliable yoga accountability partner for 5 years.
Availability & Preferences
Monday or Tuesday after 5pm. Wednesday through Sunday available during the day.
