I can teach various cooking and baking skills and methodologies. Instead of just recipes, we'll focus on different methods of cooking so that you can plug in or mix up whatever flavors or ingredients, and we can experiment with different flavor combinations.
Training & Qualifications
I am a graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle's baking/pastry/culinary arts program.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free Monday-Thursday, but sometimes my schedule changes.
