Justyn is highly skilled with food and preparation. Hes been mastering knife skills, portioning, cleaning and de-boning meats, fish, poultry. Stations he has worked are, Sautee, grill, flat top, broiler, fryers, salads, deserts. Has worked in greasy spoons, ma and pa's, corp. setting, cafe, 4-5 star dining, catering, has helped open 2 restuarants, one in Brookfield, WI, and the other in Vero Beach, FL. Both of which are now closed. Self motivation and self taught in inventory, ordering, production, food cost, setting up prep lists, creating new menu ideas and the list goes on.
Justyn is extremely passionate about food, he tries making everything from scratch if its plausible. He keeps an extremely cool and down to earth demeanor during some of the busiest times during service. His moto is "I AM NO BETTER AND NO LESS THEN, ANY OF MY FELLOW COWORKERS/TEAM." The integrity, compassion, understanding, and logic he has behind flavor combos and how foods should be prepared or go together is something not many people have or can do. (The food and all thats in it may sounds scary, but open your mouth and try for yourself, your mouth will explode.
Justyn's life goal to accomplish with in the next 7-10 years is to own his own restaurant. Nothing is impossible. It'll be a little of everything to accomidate everyones pallets and taste buds.
