-Troubleshoot and diagnose common issues related to computer hardware and software
-Clean up software that would impact performance of computer.
-Advise on replacement parts or upgrades.
-Replace hardware if need(I may have the spare hardware laying around on a first come first server basis)
-Disposal of old and/or damaged hardware as most municipalities do not allow for disposal of electronics in standard trash
-This is marked as being able to be done virtually, however this is not always an option.
