I've been in the moving and culinary industry since I was about 14 where I worked at a local grocery store. Had my first cooking job at 14, first degree in architectural glazing at 18, airline travel specialty at 21 an a year of college with general studies in mind. I've worked under chef Eric brown back in 2009 at a place called Don chows in mexico, before that I wirked at the blue monk in pdx I've worked in fine dining and fast food. I apprenticed under a full auto shop for 2 years doing everything from body to engine to electronics. I started my moving career in 2004 til 2014 then moved back into kitchens in 2015.
