Boxing is a great way to get in shape and raise confidence.
In a single session, we can go over the fundamentals which include but are not limited to:
Technique (this seems really broad, I know, but even though it encompass everything i have already listed it really deserves its own line item)
dips and weaves
basic combinations (always end on a cross)
In the lessons i will also go over a series of easy workouts to keep you fighting fit.
More advanced lessons may include stance training, punching at angles, longer combinations, and shoulder blocking and roles.
Training & Qualifications
I've been doing martial arts since I was a kid and boxing was just something I took to really quickly. I don't have any legitimate qualifications but I've been boxing for a while and I had good trainers.
