Hello everyone! I am an ex-chef who recently switch to the front of house. I currently work for a hotel but have cooked for various restaurants over the years. My specialty is Italian but I have a pretty wide range of skills. Can teach anything from the basics to more complicated Molecular Gastronomy items. I have a decent amount of equipment if there are things you are wanting to test out but I would always recommend having your own so you are familiar with it. The pictures are some recent ones before I left the kitchen at work.
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking in Seattle and San Luis Obispo California for the past 10 years. I have worked at several places and can supply names upon request. Just don't want to throw them out there for legal reasons. Even if I cannot do what you are asking I have plenty of friends in the industry and can reach out to them to fill in the places I cant.
Availability & Preferences
I work mostly nights and my days off are all over the place. But if we plan 2 weeks out I can always request days off.,
