I am Justin Von Braun, Chef Owner of Von Braun Private Chefs. I have been in the restaurant industry since I was really young and have been a private chef now since 2008. From Fine Dining to Molecular Gastronomy labs and Gastro Pubs, I have trained with some amazing chefs and food scientists. My true passion lies in food science and understanding not only how certain chemical compunds change the way we taste and experience food but how they contribute to color, fragrance and how they affect each individuals body and chemical makeup.
Why I do this
I do this because I love food but more over I love people. The perfect pairing for an amazing dish is an eaqually amazing person to eat that dish. Yes I strive to make my food a work of culinary and scientific art, but I also strive to design dishes and menu's that people want to keep coming back for.
