I will walk you through the art of making southern style gravy. Whether you want to make chicken, steak, or sausage gravy, I can show you the proper technique and timing to make it delicious. I can provide this lesson in person or virtually through a Skype or Facebook Video session where I make the same gravy right along with you!
Training & Qualifications
I learned to make gravy from my mom and grandma, both of whom were from Louisiana and specialized in thick country gravy. I've always loved gravy and have since developed my own art and style of gravy making. I can make anything from a very thin, liquid gravy to a nice thick country gravy that stands up on its own, but I tend to prefer something in between.
