I am going to be making cured meats, I haven't tried it out yet but when I understand the requirements for a variety of meats I'll start making meats to trade and listing what I have available and curing.
Training & Qualifications
A student enrolled in college, I don't have experience in curing foods but have a love for food and making good food with simple ingredients and classic techniques.
Availability & Preferences
I won't be available for the next couple months but hopefully in late January I will have meats available.
