I will deliver one large dish catered to your dietary needs - vegan, gluten free (GF), and dairy free (DF) are my specialties.
I use mostly organic ingredients and select local produce when available. Reheating instructions are included with the meal.
Some options include:
- Macaroni & Cheeze (Vegan & GF )
- Taco bowl (Vegan & GF, DF with meat option available)
- "Queso" and Guacamole with Blue Corn Chips (Vegan & GF )
- Vegetable Lasagna (Vegan & GF, DF with meat option available)
- Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce & Sauteed Vegetables (Vegan & GF)
I'm also open to suggestions for specific dishes. There's a good chance that whatever you're craving, I've attempted making it gluten free and/or vegan.
Training & Qualifications
I worked at a popular vegan taco truck in Texas. I grew up in the restaurant business and have worked with food since I was a kid. I've had my own dietary restrictions that pushed me to learn a variety of recipes that cater to special diets.
Availability & Preferences
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or evenings, except for Saturday.
