I'm an experienced meditation coach. I'm also a founding partner in a pain management business, which uses physical therapy modalities and specialized equipment. And I coach people in salesmanship b...ecause it's been an integral part of every business I've ever run and it's as much a part of my life as breathing and meditating. Most people live in a world of narrative, concepts, and symbols because they're acculturated to it through sociolinguistic conditioning that began in childhood. I can take two bottle caps and create a story about each of them and bring children to greater and greater excitement by narrating an epic battle between good and evil. And, in a way, those concepts and symbols have meaning and certainly influence my audience. But, these are still just two bottlecaps in what Alfred Korzybski called "the unspeakable world" or the world of objects, feelings, and happenings. Only I ascribed narratives and abstractions to the bottlecaps and convinced my audience to get socioemotionally involved in my abstractions. Meditation helps us move beyond the world of symbols and concepts i.e. abstractions and into the "unspeakable world". A relationship with the unspeakable world begins with a solid meditation practice. And in the real world, we don't sit around on cushions, isolated from society. I am able to meditate day or night, in rotating shifts, and in all types of weather. I can meditate with or without distractions. I can help you build the same skills. I find that meditative practice allows insights, understandings, and realizations. These are subjective experiences. I help people like you build the skills you need to succeed on your own. In the same way that you took time and effort to learn to read and write, we can take some time and effort to build your meditation skills. After an evaluation, we measure meditative disposition, etc. And if we are a good fit, we work together!
