Reload Win OS + drivers (laptop)

There are a couple of ways to reload the Operating System.
1. I can do a fresh install and activate windows. I will also locate and install drivers. Updates are not included.
2. I can utilize the recovery partition, and reload the OS from that.
Training & Qualifications
I have been working on computers for many years. I have a common sense approach, and want to share the knowledge that I have acquired over the years. I bought over ten laptops computers and 5 netbooks. I spent alot of time reloading and repairing them.
Availability & Preferences
The weekends. My work schedule is Monday - Thursday from 2pm-1am. Occasionally I have fridays off as well.
