Hey I'm Jordan and I have been working in hospitality for 20 years.
I specialized as chef and had an 11 year career in top London establishments. I have spent considerable time behind a bar as well and my last venture was a restaurant/ bar set in a micro distillery, where I was responsible for the food and drink concept.
I'm currently super gripped by the blockchain industry and am applying myself to the study of the markets as it has fascinated me.
I also have an interest in gardening, mainly using aquaponics as well as surfing and sustainable living and renewable resources.
