Satisfying work, to me, needs more balls in the air than hands to juggle. I am never happier - or more productive - than when I can wear more hats than a Minnesota hat tree in January. Creative solutions to one problem may be found when working on a separate task, and my Hermoine-esque bag of skills has what you need when it’s needed, plus some. My goals are never to just succeed: I see needs, and I meet them. If one door closes, I find three to replace the lost. I push for the best and plan for the worst, the best, and everything in between.
