Diagnose your computer, either through remote access software or via a local meetup in the area (Fenway, Boston). I can fix many issues, although some things may be related to hardware issues which I cannot offer replacement parts for, although I can advise you on which parts are advisable and possibly replacing the piece you've purchased.
TL;DR computer diagnostics and repair, but you need to buy any parts you want me to replace.

Currently getting my Bachelor's for Computer Science at Wentworth Institute of Technology. I have 5 years of experience of tech support/repair/customer service across 3 locations, two of which are universities!
